Cammenga Model 27CS Olive Drab Lensatic Compass

  I'm super pumped on this buy.  This is a fine tuned super precise engineered marvel, perfected over hundreds of years.  First invented and used by the Chinese military in the year 1040, Europe in 1187, and Persia in 1232.  There were also first used in maritime navigation in 1173.  Over the years they have improved and been turned into a science of engineering and mathematical marvel.  Though simple, this little guy can get you any where you want to go, land or sea in any region of the world.  I have decided to make this skill my trip endeavor, I hope to come back an navigational genius.  Got the FM 3-25.26 to accompany my learning on the trip.  This is a GI compass and Cammenga is a fantastic manufacture that has been time tested.
